Shipping

*Strings and small items like picks ship for only €1. All other orders on the Island of Ireland have a fantastic standard rate of €5. This standard rate will be applied to combined orders of instruments and strings. Some specilaised goods like large gongs or harmoniums may incur an additional cost because of package size and weight which will be calculate at checkout.

Single Cello strings also ship for €1 however full packs of Cello strings are too large for the €1 rate and the standard shipping rate of €5 is applied.

We strive to get our products to our safely and promptly. Once your purchased goods have been delivered, the responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser. Unless otherwise mentioned, delivery will be made by a courier service, within normal business hours.

The delivery charge will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission. Orders shipped within Ireland have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 working days. Shipping times of Pre-ordered products will vary depending on availability and will be notified upon order.

Delivery

Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them.

Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by An Post postal service, within normal business hours.

The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission. Unfortunately Gandharva Loka World MusicLtd cannot guarantee delivery times or dates. The delivery charge shown is a standard charge and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery date from the time you have placed an order.

All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability and backlog. Unfortunately Gandharva Loka World Music Ltd can in no circumstances therefore compensate for delayed orders.

Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Return Policy – Gandharva Loka’s Money Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Online

Any shipped items you may wish to return are subject to our money back guarantee provided they are in original unused condition.

Please return items within 14 days of your purchase. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. In case of a return, you can post the item directly or bring it to us in person.

In Store

Items purchased or collected in store can be returned only where faults or defects occur. Outside of this a 10% restocking fee may apply. We are not obliged to return in store purchases due to ‘change of mind’ but will do our best to help you. Generally store credit is offered in this situation.

Please note that the Money Back Guarantee does not apply to software that has been opened or hardware that includes software as part of the package, where the software component has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened. Due to strict hygiene concerns during the pandemic the Money Back Guarantee does not apply to any wind instruments.Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Outside of the above dates and terms we will try our best to help you. Where agreed upon, credits notes only will be paid after a return time of 14 days.

Errors and omissions excepted.

Faulty Goods

Any items with a manufacturing defect will be promptly replaced. We will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.

Applying Refund

We can only refund by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer’s account. Unfortunately goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. Also please note that goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
