Irish Orders have a fantastic flat rate of €2.95 regardless of order quantity. Some goods like large gongs may incur an additional cost because of package size and weight. We will inform you in such cases.
We strive to get our products to our safely and promptly. Once your purchased goods have been delivered, the responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser. Unless otherwise mentioned, delivery will be made by a courier service, within normal business hours. A signature at this address will be required.
The delivery charge will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission. We cannot give an estimated delivery time for Pre-ordered Products but will always keep you updated. All other products shipped within Ireland have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. We cannot guarantee delivery times or dates as these are carried out by the courier service but we always strive to deliver as soon as possible.
Please notify us of any damages or shortages within 2 days of delivery. We will always be happy to help you with any queries.

Return Policy – Gandharva Loka’s Money Back Guarantee
Your satisfaction is very important to us. Any items you may wish to return are subject to our money back guarantee provided they are in original unused condition.
Please return items within 14 days of your purchase. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging. In case of a return, you can either bring it to us in person, or contact us and we will gladly arrange collection. Collection cost will be paid by the customer but we will find the best price possible for you.
Please note that the Money Back Guarantee does not apply to software that has been opened or hardware that includes software as part of the package, where the software component has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
Outside of the above dates and terms we will try our best to help you. Where agreed upon, credits notes only will be paid after a return time of 30 days.
Any items with a manufacturing defect will be promptly replaced or refunded if not in stock. We will arrange for the collection and replacement of faulty goods. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
We can only refund by the method originally used to pay for the goods. Credit/debit card refunds will be processed immediately and normally take 3-5 working days to show on the customer’s account. Unfortunately goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. Also please note that goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
